homebody: APRIL DAYLONG IMMERSION
Homebody — April 18 · 11am–5pm · Sebastopol, California
Homebody is where we begin — with the body itself as the first home, the first territory, the first place of belonging.
On 15 acres of lush, wild, medicine-filled Earth in Sebastopol, we'll spend a half-day coming back to ourselves through: intuitive movement, embodied creativity, intentional connection with the land, embodiment rituals from the ancient practice of Ayurveda, and closing by sharing in circle.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, deepen into our relationship to our Earthen bodies, and remember what it feels like to inhabit your full self with intention, presence, and joy.
This is a day to return. To arrive. To let the earth hold what you've been carrying and to find, maybe for the first time in a while, remember that you are already home.
dreamseed: JUNE DAYLONG IMMERSION
Dreamseed — June 20 · 11am–5pm · Sebastopol(Summer Solstice!)
Dreamseed falls on the longest day of the year — and there is no more potent moment to ask: what are you growing? Arriving on the heels of Homebody, this gathering takes the rootedness we've cultivated and turns it toward the imagination. Through intuitive movement, creative practice, ceremony, land time, and circle, we'll tend the inner garden — the place where visions live before they become real, where dreams take shape before they take form. The Summer Solstice is a threshold, a peak, a turning point. We'll use its energy to get clear on what we're planting in this season of our lives, and to give those seeds the light, the attention, and the creative life force they need to grow.
Wingspan: AUGUST DAYLONG IMMERSION
Wingspan — August 15 · 11am–5pm · Sebastopol, California
Wingspan is the completion of the arc — and it is a celebration. After coming home to the body in Homebody and planting our visions in Dreamseed, this final gathering is about full expression, full presence, full expansion. Through movement, ritual, creative sharing, land time, and community weaving, we'll integrate everything that has moved through us across this series — and we'll practice what it feels like to open fully, to take up space, to embody the life we've been dreaming!
Wingspan is the moment the seed breaks ground. It's the body saying: I am ready. I am here. Watch me soar!
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING EACH DAYLONG IMMERSION
01 / EARTH BASED Ritual
We gather on 15 acres of gorgeous, lush, wild, alive medicine-filled Earth that has been tended with love and intention for over 35 years. With the ground beneath your feet, the sky above you, and a circle of beloveds beside you, something ancient in you is given permission to remember what it already knows. The land holds us. We let her.
02 / INTUITIVE movement
This is not a dance class and it is not a workout, it is an invitation to listen to your body, with all your sense attuned. Through the Nitara Intuitive Movement Method, we will follow sensation, we follow pleasure, we follow what wants to be alive in us. The body already knows how to move when we stop telling it what to do. We're just going to get out of the way and let it liberate.
03 / EMBODIED creative PRACTICE
After we move, we give our experience a place to live. Through writing, hands on crafting, or song — whatever wants to come through. This is an opportunity to give the body's wisdom somewhere to land, as an offering to your experience. We explore what can emerge when you stop creating from your head and start creating from your whole self, a beautiful practice that just may surprise you.
Each gathering is complete in itself and you are so welcome to come to just one. But if something in you is already saying yes to all of it — I want you to know what becomes possible when you say yes to the full arc.
Homebody roots you back into yourself. Dreamseed opens your imagination and gives your visions form. Wingspan is the full opening — integration, expression, flight. Together they are a complete journey through the body's seasons, from spring into summer, from arriving home to spreading your wings.
This is a rare opportunity to gather with me in person. I keep these circles small and intentional on purpose, and I don't offer this kind of immersive, ongoing in-person work often. If the full series is calling to you, I welcome you to gift yourself the experience of investing in your joy.

Meet your guide
I'm Asha Kohli — embodiment practitioner, ceremonial guide, dancer, storyteller, and keeper of the medicine ways I've been apprenticed to for the last decade.
I came to this work the way most of us come to the things that matter most, through my own unraveling, and my own return. As a first-generation woman of the diaspora with roots in North India and South America, the question of home, of belonging, of where I am from and where I belong, has been the through-line of my whole life.
It led me to the land. It led me to the body. It led me, eventually, to Way of Nitara — and to the deep knowing that the two are not so different.
My training spans eight years of study in Andean and Amazonian folk medicine under the guidance of Francisca Santibanez, Ayurvedic wellness counselor training, ceremonial responsibilities in the Lakota tradition, and a lifetime of movement, dance, and creative practice as a way of knowing myself and the world.
I have held ceremony, led ritual, guided women through thresholds both tender and fierce — and I bring all of that into every gathering I host.
What I know most deeply is this: the body is wise.
The earth is generous.
And when we gather on living land with full permission to feel, move, make, and be witnessed — something truly magival happens.
Something that is very hard to find anywhere else.
I can't wait to be with you.
